Custom Jersey ID. You will need to have this put on with a heat transfer press which can be done at most local sign or t shirt shops.

JERSEY ID HEAT TRANSFER INSTRUCTIONS:

USE A HEAT TRANSFER PRESS TO APPLY THIS, DO NOT USE AN IRON.

1. SET TEMPERATURE TO 320 DEGRESS

2. PLACE THE TRANSFER RIGHT SIDE UP ON TO DESIRED SPOT

3. COVER THE ID AND JERSEY WITH TEFLON SHEET. USE HARD PRESSURE AND

PRESS FOR 15 SECONDS. REMOVE TEFLON SHEET CAREFULLY
